About You
You love agency environments that are fast-paced, collaborative and no one day is the same! You think on your feet, love digging into the nitty-gritty, breathe and sleep taking projects from start to finish and are the master of execution. You are focused and calm in a dynamic environment and demonstrate confidence with clients (both internal and external) while still driving initiatives forward.

What you can expect day-to-day:

• Serving as primary support to an Account Service team, you'll partner with Account Executives and agency departments to manage basic account service functions.

Essential duties include but are not limited to:

• May serve as a point of contact to clients when other Client Services staff are out of the office
• Apply understanding of the client’s line of business (e.g. target customers, products) in discussions with the client and internal team
• May run status calls and other select calls/meetings
• Develop and maintain account status reports and collaborate with project managers on the creation and maintenance of project timelines
• Contribute to project briefs (background, job specs, dates)

Qualifications:
Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree

Other required:

• May require travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
• Proficient in MS Office

Preferred:

• Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Experience
• 1 Year Agency Experience
