What you can expect day-to-day:
As the primary liaison between internal teams and primary mentor to both Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers, on any given day you'll:
- Collaborate Organize, manage, and prioritize workflow from creative development through the delivery of materials to the client, vendor, etc.
- Communicate Understand, foster and advocate for the workflow process and each team member’s role and responsibility within the workflow
- Cultivate Lead projects including ensuring adherence to standard methodology approach and key specifications. Mentor junior staff and lead problem-solving initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of the process and budget development and project planning and execution. Pharmaceutical or other regulatory experience required.
- Available for travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Expertise in project management principles, methods and techniques
- Experienced in managing complex digital, print, and broadcast production projects
