Position Title: Account Supervisor / Group Account Supervisor

Are you looking for a rewarding role in a collaborative environment passionate about growth? To keep pace with our growing agency we are always seeking savvy account service professionals to lead teams for our high profile pharma clients.

Serving as the day-to-day client liaison, you will build strong and lasting relationships with agency partners as well as your internal team.

As the Account Supervisor, you will lead all aspects of all day-to-day activities by managing internal processes while acting as the client liaison in-house for both scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc requests.

As the Group Account Supervisor, you will own the strategic vision and agency execution of activities on one or more accounts while managing an internal team.

With your agency experience and high science interest, you know how to keep your clients happy (both internal and external). Handling timelines, budgets, strategy, people and process- it's all in a days work. You're in the thick of it - engaging with all departments, all the time - and loving it!

What you can expect day-to-day:

  • Collaborate You'll partner with various internal agency constituents as well as client partners in planning, creative and project management to develop and execute various client materials across all mediums
  • Communicate Serving as the day-to-day liaison both internally and externally, you'll provide timely status updates and information on all client projects, express client preferences and keep team members apprised of budgets, timelines and other critical information
  • Cultivate Providing best-in-class client service through monitoring the overall job progress and proactively managing client expectations

Qualifications:
Minimum Required (both Account Executive and Senior Account Executive):

  • Bachelor’s degree

Other required:

  • Advertising agency experience in an account role; Account Supervisor 3+ years, Group Account Supervisor 7 years
  • Available for travel domestically and/or internationally including overnight stays
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite

Preferred: Pharma/healthcare agency experience
