About you:

  • Can you handle up to 20 projects at a time and be responsible for the project development process
  • We are looking for talent that is able to remain in control of the teams deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication will gain you success in this role
  • Are you solution oriented? We need our Coordinators to anticipate potential workflow obstacles and provide solutions.

View of the Day to Day:

  • Your goal will be tracking the project deliverables through the departments ensuring that due dates are relayed, and obstacles are identified and communicated
  • You're running the client’s medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process including submissions, contracting with taggers, communicate with their MLR and coordinator on monitoring status. Lead communications with ETHOS MLR Supervisor, and your supporting team.
  • You are coordinating internal and external schedules and meetings; provide status updates to the team; support recruitment activities and oversee initial and follow-up communication with program faculty and attendees; participate in internal meetings and client calls and take meeting notes.
  • You are assisting Program Managers in reviewing invoicing documents and final reconciliation, prepare Sunshine Act reports and any ancillary reports as required by the client, and build draft task order.
  • You will work with logistics vendor and perform meeting planning tasks, including site search, venue contracting, travel arrangements, food/beverage and audio-visual equipment.
  • You will need to prepare and disseminate the assignment report and facilitate assignment team meetings.

Qualifications

Minimum required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Other required:

  • 0-1 years’ related experience in a client service or agency setting

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Skills:

  • Entry level, intermediate or advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Outlook)
