From scientific platform development to brand creation, our full spectrum of services ensure we can fulfill any ask. You will be responsible for the overall health and management of agency clients and a thriving internal team with responsibilities that include:
- Client Happiness – championing a lasting and strategic partnership that cultivates a client experience to engage and delight
- Team Development and Mentoring – ensuring your team understands their respective responsibilities and has a clear path of action
- Process Development and Enforcement – maintaining ongoing communications, both internal and external, to keep processes and resources streamlined
- Financial Oversight and Development – leading the team's understanding of financial implications regarding jobs/accounts including forecasting
- Strategy and Business Setting – coaching your team to ensure a deep understanding of their client’s business challenges and ensure a high-level dialogue

Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree
Other Required: 13+ years of agency experience; experience successfully managing and growing $1M+ pharma/healthcare accounts
