What you can expect day-to-day:
Collaborating with the assigned writer and other team members to conceive and execute award-winning concepts that are spot-on when it comes to the established brand strategy, client guidelines, and industry regulations.
From print and collateral to social and digital, you will develop creative that is both innovative as well as cost-effective while exceeding the expectations of all both internal and external customers.
- Concepts and creates campaigns including logo execution -- creating presentations that are clean, engaging and dynamic
- Design and produce compelling print and digital pieces
- Manages and mentors less-experienced art directors, providing guidance on the above outlined skills and responsibilities that they are working toward attaining
- Take an active interest in the client’s market and develop a sound knowledge of their product, the science and target audiences
- Present work to clients and provide insight/consultation to all things design and production
- Seeks out and art directs photographers, illustrators, and other suppliers to produce high-quality work

- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ year’s design related experience in advertising or marketing agency
- Pharmaceutical experience preferred
