About you:

  • You understand the importance of global management oncology studies from Phase I through III
  • You love to deliver quality deliverables to clients
  • You are known for successfully establishing relationships between sites, sponsors and vendors in a way that forms a common bond resulting in delivering a study
  • You possess strong project management and risk mitigation skills in order to effectively lead and motivate your team
  • You are passionate about improving the lives of cancer patients

The work for a cause that you love (well a few of the essential duties):

  • Orchestrating and ensuring all pieces across the life span of the program considers appropriate resourcing including liaising with finance to ensure projects are within budget
  • Leading global meetings with sponsor and key partners and make key decisions and recommendations for study delivery
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies ensuring all vendors comply and conduct monitoring procedures
  • Deliver a quality clinical database within the timeframe of scope of work
  • Provide training to the Clinical Research Associates to ensure they are proficient in accurately monitoring the clinical data by working globally with the project team

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

  • 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience

Other Required:

  • 10+ years in clinical operations, data management or related discipline in either CRO or pharmaceutical industry to include direct supervisory experience and mentorship of staff
  • Oncology experience
  • You will possess a valid driver’s license allowing you to drive in the state(s) you drive in
  • Able to travel both domestically and internationally including overnight stays

Preferred:

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline
