Position Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of all digital projects, including website launches, web applications, online tools, email campaigns and other digital projects – across the digital lifecycle within quality, time, budget and med/legal requirements. Tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our clients’ business goals. Responsible for collaborating with all project management leads on client teams to ensure consistency and adherence to digital best practices, including project scope and budget development, schedule/timeline development, and supporting documentation (including business rules, functional requirements, test plans, etc.) Responsible for upskilling and training cross-departments on digital best practices. Methodical and have excellent client and team communication and time management skills.

 

This function will interface with the larger PRECISION Media and Engagement team that spans across multiple offices to collaborate with other M&E resources for execution and pull-through of tactics (in addition to vendor partners), and will be responsible for identifying the appropriate resources required to deliver all projects.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist PRECISIONscientia teams and clients to define digital project goals and objectives and measures of success
  • Write and communicate business rules, functional specifications, project plans and requirements effectively to strategic account management, content creators, developers, designers, and other internal/external key stakeholders
  • Advise internal teams and external clients on selecting the best digital platform(s) to achieve their desired business objectives
  • Manage project timelines to keep all parties accountable for on time delivery, ensuring visibility into the workflows with digital roadmaps, schedules, or Gantt charts
  • Work closely with digital strategy, UX/UI, creative, content, media, and technology teams - running meetings and holding team members accountable
  • Work collaboratively across teams to ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of budgets, timelines, resource allocations, etc.
  • Monitor and track resource allocations across teams and projects
  • Write and manage Vendor MSAs and SOWs through the PRECISION legal process, as well as assist PRECISIONscientia teams in preparing and producing Client SOWs
  • Anticipate and mitigate risk over the course of projects; ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of work
  • Help ensure achievement of digital team's objectives and strategies by providing oversight of content roadmap, and ensuring resources are dedicated to the successful creation of content and other assets through communication and setting expectations with other business functions
  • Balance the priorities of a diverse group of stakeholders, while still delivering high quality products in consistent releases
  • Provide transparency and recommendations on project trade-offs, understanding and coordinating dependencies across multiple teams with competing priorities
  • Facilitate the ideation and development of new features and functionality around digital products
  • Translate strategy and product vision into project deliverables with launch targets
  • Develop project timelines for a variety of digital project types (websites, email, SEO/SEM, etc.)
  • Update and lead status calls with clients
  • Communicate with clients during status meetings, as well as one-to-one as necessary, to keep them up to date on all projects
  • Help manage budget in partnership with account services and finance
  • Ensure project success and client satisfaction
  • Refine existing project management processes to create efficiencies where possible
  • Manage the routing of assets between client and various departments

Skills and Basic Qualifications:

Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree

 

Other Required: 5+ years Digital/Interactive project management experience in a pharma agency environment (medical communications preferred)

  • Keen knowledge and understanding of project management, A|B testing strategies, data analysis and analytical thinking, preferably with experience in Google Analytics or similar products
  • Demonstrated experience managing the needs of multiple departments for a content-focused product/brand
  • Experience working with common project management tools such as Workfront, Microsoft Teams, etc.
  • Effective time management that leads to greater productivity
  • High level of comfort communicating with senior product leaders, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders
  • A sense of accountability and an ability to take ownership of initiatives, driving outcomes and meeting expectations
  • High energy and capable of multi-tasking and context-switching with ease, in a fast-paced and ever-evolving organization
  • Ability to operate effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Process-driven and extremely detail-oriented, with a love for documentation and organization

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A detailed knowledge of media (paid, earned and owned), email marketing and development, multichannel marketing, and digital content platforms, with an understanding of the differences in the audiences and their consumption habits
  • Team player that thrives in projects that involve multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of what content generates engagement and excitement on digital platforms, particularly with physicians and other HCP audiences
  • Experience working with large, cross-functional development teams

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Google Analytics, Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Knowledge/familiarity with CRM programs, user experience, layout design, and HTML/CSS
